1. Return and Refund Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the RMA number is included with your returned package.
  3. Pack the Item: Return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. Securely pack the item to prevent damage during shipping.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2. Return and Refund Scenarios

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • Eligibility: If the item arrives defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
    • Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the defect or damage. We will arrange for a return label and provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Incorrect Items:

    • Eligibility: If you receive the wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
    • Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with details about the error and a photo of the item received. We will arrange for a return label and provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund or send the correct item.
  • Order Not Received:

    • Eligibility: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, contact us immediately.
    • Process: We will investigate the issue and work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package is deemed lost, we will process a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
  • Order Cancellation:

    • Eligibility: You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.
